My husband Alfredo and I have lived at Aventine for almost 2 years now. We would definitely recommend this community. The 3 bedroom apartments with the sun room are very spacious and are at a good rental price in comparison to other rental communities in the area. The staff Michelle and Crystal in the office are very courteous and have always responded promptly to any of our needs as residents. Such a cute little shopping center

For the most part they do a great job. You just have to be careful on who is doing your nail, so you have to get to know the staff. Their price are compatible to other places, and they keep the place pretty clean. There's plenty of parking.
